Mauro Marques

Managing Director & Partner @ TAG Executive Search

Mauro is responsible for the executive search consultancy practice for the Energy, Infrastructure and Services markets, in addition to having an extensive track record in assessments and Executive Coaching.

His degree in Electrical Engineering (UFRGS) sets him apart, giving a more holistic view of the energy and infrastructure sector. He improved his knowledge with an MBA in Business Management (UFRGS) and an MBA in Project Management (FGV-RJ). Combined with his fluency in English, he sought training and certification in Executive Coaching from ICI.

He developed a career as a Trainee in industrial processes and quality, having worked at multinationals Philip Morris and Linde Gás, as well as working in business development and logistics project management at Wilson Sons.

After 8 years of experience in manufacturing and the chemical industry, he joined the Executive Search segment in 2010, where he served as Director of large search and selection consultancies such as Michael Page and FESA, until structuring TAG with Orlando Fratucelli in 2015.

Orlando Fratucelli

Orlando is responsible for the search and selection consultancy practice for the Energy, Infrastructure and Services markets.

His degree in Production Engineering from UFF provides a solid foundation of analytical skills, management knowledge, understanding of processes and projects that are valuable in the field of executive search. He later pursued a specialization in Business Administration at the Michael F. Price School of Business-Oklahoma University.

He began his career at Accenture, where he held the position of Project Manager for Telecom and Energy in organizational restructuring and systems implementation projects, maintaining direct and frequent contact with clients.

In 2010 he made the transition to the Executive Search market, taking on the role of Director in recruitment and selection consultancy. Throughout his history he has accumulated valuable skills in business development, professional selection and networking. In 2015 he founded Talent Acquisition Group (TAG).
